With increasing number of errors by fellow developer really shocked me. I am not sure why this is happening, or am I over reacting to their error more. But frankly I am too tired to face this. I do a job, I know i can do it in 30 minutes, Customer give me 40 mintues.. but I deliver it in 50 min with errors. Customer feel I should be more strick as a Manager and make them do what I want. Boss feel I am doing good job just few ifs and buts are there, nothing to worry about. But I see an end or road.

nothing going quite right for me. I cannot help myself, with this increasing error. Projects are getting complex. And so the errors.
