Last week of January, my boss inform me about a new laptop, that he ordered for me. I start dreaming of having my laptop. Laptop is my dream from last few years, and it finally reach a stage where I am about to get it. It was Dell’s Inspiron 1720, with Pentium 4 Core 2 Duo, 2 GB RAM and 17″ monitor screen.. We have been told that we got our toy in about 10-15 days. We expect it to get early Feburary, maybe on my birthday…but nothing happens. We waited for 5 long weeks to finally got the message that it is there. I got my laptop with company default installation of Vista Home Premium. I was so excited to play with it.

But that wait never ends with this laptop, as due to some hardware failure those new laptop doesn’t work properly.

The Dell’s service,they are worst in their category, their hardware doesn’t work for new delivery what else you expect from a company like Dell.

Don’t ever think of buying dell’s product, you will regret at last.
